To raise the tensile resistance of earth anchors by a method in which expandible wings are pivotally attached to the tip of a supporting tool to be penetrated into the ground, and a cam to open the wings is provided to the inside end of a pulling tool whose outside end is exposed to the outside. CONSTITUTION:Wings 3 of a semicircular cross section are pivotally attached in an expandible manner to the periphery of the tip of a supporting pipe 21, and cam-acting faces 28 are formed on the side end face of blades 26 projected to the inside faces of the wings 3 in such a way that they can project from slits 27 into the pipe 21. A cam 23 is fixed to one end of a slide lever 29 inserted into the pipe 21 and a pulling tool 22 is fixed to the other end of the lever 29. A slide plate 30 is fixed to the fixed portion with the pulling tool 22, and a slide guide 31 is fixed to the inner surface of the pipe 21. A guide pipe 33 is abutted against the end of the pipe 21 and inserted into the lower hole 2 of the partition wall, the wings are opened by the pulling tool 22 to some extent, the pipe 33 is pulled out, the wings are completely opened by the pulling tool 22, and then grout 5 is injected.
