5.1 Material performance and anti-corrosion requirements

The materials of building anchors are divided into carbon steel, stainless steel or alloy steel, all of which should comply with relevant national standards. The anti-corrosion requirements of anchor bolts should be selected according to the environmental conditions and durability requirements in accordance with Table 5.1-1. The anchoring performance of the anchor bolts must be reliable, and each index shall comply with the product standard of JG160-2004 "Expandable and reamed construction anchors for concrete" and the requirements of the product technical demonstration license.

5.2 The steel bars for chemical planting are HRB335 and HRB400 hot-rolled ribbed steel bars; the screws are Q235 steel and Q345 steel.

5.3 The anchoring performance of the anchoring glue used for chemical planting and bonding anchor bolts shall be determined through special tests, and shall comply with the requirements of JGJ145-2004 "Technical Specification for Anchorage of Concrete Structures" and the product specification of the anchoring glue. Anchor glue is divided into tube-mounted type, mechanical injection type and on-site preparation type according to the different use forms.
