Installation Of Spring And Autumn Greenhouse Plastic Film Pressure Film Line Anchor

Ground anchor is the last step in the whole construction process. The ground anchor and subfilm belt or pressure film line can be installed after plastic film is installed. In the whole installation process, we also need a special tool "pull device" which can put the pressure film belt to the most appropriate strength. It is not close to the manpower, must use tools to complete.

First step - digging the anchor hole

The key is to make suitable depth and width for good application of an earth anchor. The design length of the ground earth anchor is 70 cm, so the depth of the hole should reach 55-60 cm and the width should be not too wide at the highness of 24 cm. Because there are two red bricks under the anchor which size is 24 centimeters. From the point of view of design, it is most appropriate that the width is just the same with the red bricks. However, it is impossible to do so precisely in the design of the excavation, so it is OK to keep within 30 centimeters of the width. The tension it bears will be OK.

Second step - Placing anchor and filling

The placement of anchor is relatively simple. Two red bricks are placed in the frame of anchor vertically. Then there is the filling operation. We can put soil or cement into it. As for the choice of landfill, It is mainly according to the local climate factors. If the wind is relatively strong in the area, it is recommended to use cement pouring, so that the anchor will be stronger. For areas where the wind is not strong, it is ok to use soil for filling and compaction.

Three step - Installation of submembrane tape and ground anchor

This step is the most important one. First, the submembrane belt is fixed on one end of the ground anchor. Second, when we fix the other side, the submembrane belt needs to be pulled under enough pressure by a puller. Only there is the force between the pressure film line and the plastic film, the anchor can play its role, otherwise the anchor will become a decoration.
