Slope protection earth anchor and anchorage method
Feb 07, 2023| Slope protection earth anchor and anchorage method:
On hard rock slopes with cracks, anchoring can be used with earth anchor bolts or prestressed reinforcement in order to increase resistance to sliding or to fix dangerous rock. Drill the hole into the dangerous rock to the bedrock - at a fixed depth, insert the anchor bolt, drive the wedge and secure its end with cement mortar, and secure the ground with nuts. Prestressed reinforcement is adopted. After fixing the end of reinforcement, prestress should be applied. In order not to crack the stable rock mass under the sliding surface, pull out test should be carried out in advance to make the anchorage end reach a certain depth below the sliding surface, and the depth of adjacent anchorage holes is different. The size of prestress and the number of earth anchor holes can be determined according to the residual sliding force which needs to be overcome by calculation of slope stability. The anchorage also adopts hollow steel pipe, and the top - - section adopts multi-empty pipe to pre-inject mortar and form mortar bolt.
