Encourage polysilicon enterprises to reasonably control the price level of their products

On the premise of adhering to the principle of fair competition and taking into account the market supply and demand situation, production costs, reasonable profit levels and other factors, we will guide the prices of polysilicon and other products to be maintained within a reasonable range. Relevant enterprises can enjoy government support policies and be included in the list of government and industry key enterprises.

4. Fully guarantee the power demand of polysilicon production enterprises(helix anchor)

For enterprises that take the initiative to control the price level of polysilicon and other products, where conditions allow, especially where green power resources are abundant, support them to reduce the electricity cost of polysilicon production through market-oriented means. At present, the power load of polysilicon production whose product price is controlled within a reasonable range is not included in the orderly power consumption plan for the time being.

Fifth, encourage photovoltaic industry manufacturing links to increase green electricity consumption

We will encourage polycrystalline silicon manufacturers to directly consume photovoltaic, wind power, hydropower and other green electricity for production and manufacturing, and support the local consumption of green electricity through micro-grids, source-grid storage, and new energy power stations. If green power is used for polysilicon production, new renewable energy consumption will not be included in total energy consumption control.
