Solar photovoltaic bracket is a special bracket designed for placing, installing and fixing solar panels in solar photovoltaic power generation systems. As an important part of photovoltaic power plants, solar photovoltaic brackets carry the main body of power generation of photovoltaic power plants. Choosing the right photovoltaic bracket can not only ensure the safe operation of photovoltaic modules, reduce the damage rate, but also reduce the project cost and reduce the maintenance cost in the later stage.
First, the classification of solar photovoltaic brackets
The materials used in solar photovoltaic supports vary, mainly aluminum alloys, stainless steel and non-metals. Among them, non-metals are used less.
1. Fixed type photovoltaic bracket
Fixed photovoltaic bracket refers to a bracket system in which the orientation, angle, etc. remain unchanged after installation. The fixed installation method directly places the solar photovoltaic module towards the low latitude area (at a certain angle with the ground), and forms a solar photovoltaic array in a series and parallel manner, so as to achieve the purpose of solar photovoltaic power generation. There are many ways to fix it, such as the ground fixing method, there is a pile foundation method (direct burial method), concrete block counterweight method, pre-embedding method, ground anchor method, etc., and the roof fixing method has different schemes depending on the roof material. Using solar ground screw pile can save a lot of time.
2. Tracking type photovoltaic bracket
When the sun's rays are perpendicular to the battery panel, the solar energy receives the most solar energy and generates the highest power. But the Earth rotates and rotates all the time, so the angle of the sun's rays changes all the time. Therefore, the tracking system is to try to align the sun, so that the solar rays receive more solar rays per unit area of the battery panel, thereby increasing the power generation. At present, the tracking system includes two categories: single-week tracking system and dual-axis tracking system, and single-axis tracking system is divided into horizontal single-axis tracking system and oblique single-axis tracking system.
Second, the installation of solar photovoltaic brackets with ground screw pile
The installation of the bracket should be based on the design drawings, first positioning the line, the color steel roof is mainly the positioning of the fixture, and then the installation of the guide rail, pay attention to the spacing of the fixture, the same row of component guide rails and the spacing of the adjacent two rows of component guide rails. The installation of the guide rail should be installed in accordance with the order of the middle section, the two end sections, and the guide rail connector, after the installation of the guide rail, check the level of each guide rail, and the bending degree of each span of the guide rail shall not be greater than 1mm.
After a set of brackets is installed, a precise check of the stent position is performed. Pay attention to the spacing between the front and rear rows, the distance from the wall side required in the design, and so on. Protective measures are taken during hoisting and handling to avoid personal injury and damage to the original building. In addition, when installing the bracket columns, beams and guide rails, do not tighten the bolts in place at one time, and tighten the bolts after the brackets are all straightened.
