Basic information of ground screw anchor
Aug 24, 2021| Ground screw anchor can be divided into anchor pile, anchor point, anchor ingot and drag pit. In lifting operation, ground screw anchor is commonly used to fixed tow line, cable wind line, winch, guide pulley, etc. Generally, ground anchor is made of steel wire rope, steel pipe, reinforced concrete prefabricated parts, logs and other buried parts buried underground.
Safety technical requirements
1. The ground screw anchor used for lifting and hoisting should be made strictly according to the design, and make a good record of concealed works, and shall not be overloaded when used;
2. The ground screw anchor pit should be dug into a right Angle trapezoidal shape, and the Angle between the slope and the vertical line should be 150 degrees. Anchor depth is determined according to the comprehensive situation of the site;
3. The Angle between the tow line and the horizontal plane is generally less than 30 degrees. Within 2.5 times the depth of the pit in front of the outlet point of the ground screw anchor foundation pit (i.e., the place where the wire rope is exposed to the ground after passing through the soil layer) and within 2 meters on both sides of the foundation pit, there shall be no trench, cable, underground pipeline and other structures and temporary trench digging.
4. No accumulation of water around the anchor;
5. The ground anchor is not allowed to be set along the buried parts
