1. Design bearing capacity of anchor cable
When the diameter of the steel strand is φ15.24mm, it is 230kN, when the diameter of the steel strand is φ17.8mm, it is 320kN, and when the diameter of the steel strand is φ21.6mm, it is 454kN.
2. Design breaking force of anchor cable
When the diameter of the steel strand is φ15.24mm, 260kN, when the diameter of the steel strand is φ17.8mm, 355kN, and when the diameter of the steel strand is φ21.6mm, 504kN.
3. Anchor rod (anchor cable) support parameter check
1. The top anchor rod is suspended and the anchor rod strengthens the body to achieve the support effect. The conditions should meet: L≥L1+L2+L3
In the formula, L——the total length of the anchor rod, m;
L1——The exposed length of the anchor rod (including the thickness of the steel strip, the supporting plate and the nut), m;
L2-effective length (the top bolt takes the falling height of the surrounding rock loose circle b, the help bolt takes the broken depth c), m;
L3——The depth of anchoring into the rock (coal) layer, m.
